We want every order to be clear before you buy and handled fairly if something goes wrong.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract may exercise that right within the applicable 14-day period, except where a legal exception applies.

The fact that a product is a trading card game or collectible item does not, by itself, remove any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Collectibles

The consumer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where permitted by applicable law.

For collectible products, breaking a factory seal, shrink wrap or original security packaging, opening packs or boxes, or damaging a graded-card holder can materially reduce the value of the item. Each return is assessed individually and in accordance with applicable law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods are separate from the right of withdrawal and remain unaffected.

Contact us through the Contact page and include your order number. We will provide the return instructions that apply to your order and destination.

Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
