TCG Marketplace offers tracked delivery to supported destinations across Europe and selected countries worldwide.
Shipping Rates
- Standard international shipping: €28
- Free international shipping: qualifying orders from €500
The shipping methods, rates and eligibility shown at checkout are the final terms for your delivery address. Supported destinations, carrier availability and rates can change.
Tracking
Tracked delivery is available where supported by the selected shipping service. When a tracking number is issued, it is provided after dispatch.
Dispatch of In-Stock Orders
In-stock orders are prepared for dispatch after payment and order checks are complete. Carrier transit times are estimates and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs processing and events outside our control.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products ship after the relevant stock has arrived and is ready for fulfilment. Please read our Pre-Order Policy for release-date, allocation and mixed-order information.
Mixed In-Stock and Pre-Order Orders
Orders containing products with different availability dates may be held until the complete order is ready. If you require separate shipments, contact us before ordering or as soon as possible after placing the order so we can confirm the available options and any additional shipping charge.
Customs, Import VAT and Duties
International shipments that cross customs borders may be subject to import VAT, duties, customs fees or carrier handling charges. Charges not expressly collected by TCG Marketplace at checkout may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier.
Packaging and Delivery Problems
We use protective packaging appropriate for sealed TCG products. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order number and clear photos. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
